Alison guided us through the creation of creme brulee tarts, tiramisu and tuiles. Tuiles are a sweet cookie that can be created in any shape and then moulded while warm to form yummilicious decorations for desserts.
Sidney helped us make the best potato gnocchi ever created in the history of history that we voraciously devoured at lunch.
Dinner was a Moroccan extravaganza with lamb tagine and vegetable couscous.
