Andre swung a 4 month secondment in Paris that coincided with a trip that we booked last year: Le Calabash’s Culinary Tour de France. As I was able to arrange for a work stage at a nearby hospital (for a week) we were able to hang out (as much as work would allow) before starting vacation. On our last day in Paris the (real) Tour de France ended  and as our culinary Tour de France began.
