Several people from our Karnataka trip arrived early so Dan (the owner of Toto Tours) organized a pre-tour tour of Bangalore or Bengaluru as it known locally.  Bengaluru is well known as the ‘Silicone Valley of India’ (aka call centre central) or the Garden City and for having really bad traffic (and that is by Indian standards).  We visited the Sri Radha Krishna Temple, Nandi Temple (known as the Bull Temple), Tupu Sultan’s (Bengalaru) Summer Palace and Lal Bagh botanical gardens.
